Cozy, quiet, but dated
Pros: The location was incredible. Its a fun drive to the lodge, and beautiful night or day. All of the areas created throughout the grounds for gathering, from deck chairs to BBQ pits, was a nice touch. While there are trees between the cabins and the lake, they don't block the view so much that you can't enjoy it.
Cons: As with a lot of other reviews, the sounds from other rooms travels easily. I asked for a top floor room (unaware of the cabin layouts) and while we were on the 2nd floor, we had a loft above us for the joining room and heard every dang food fall from the twin toddlers each morning. The fitness room was closed with zero notice. The coffee and jot chocolate station in the lobby is a huge machine that uses powdered milk; far from the cozy nook the name suggests

Almost perfect.
Pros: So much to like about this place: incredible setting, wonderful staff, great facilities (gym is a bit basic but at least it exists), restaurant is really nice, itβs clean, parking is great, fire pit is awesome. Almost everything is perfect.
Cons: The rooms are very dated. Could badly do with an update. That was my only complaint. But otherwise this was a really nice stay.

Pros: Love the gas fireplace adds a lovely feel to the stay. Complimentary hot chocolate, teas and coffee. The restaurant wasn't open on the morning we stayed due to going in low season but they offered us some lovely breakfast muffins (again complimentary) Beautiful setting and firepits.

Very nice location but plan all meals elsewhere
Pros: Location is by beautiful lake. Room very comfortable. Useful to have a gym.
Cons: No breakfast or dinner available Mon/Tuesdays. the restaurant is lovely inside, and very nice staff, but the food was disappointing (very overcooked salmon) and not worth the money. Unmade road to the lodge style rooms, old mattresses left by the rooms on first day.

Superbe
Pros: I'm genuinely impressed. The setting (right in front of Pyramid Lake) surrounded by the Rockies is absolutely magical. The chalet-style lodges feel cozy and authentic; everything was spotless and supremely comfortable. Itβs like stepping into a countryside movie scene. What I loved most: this place doesnβt try to dazzle with frills. There are no gimmicks or flashy extras, just authenticity, comfort and charm. While other lodges fuss over trendy hot tubs, modern lounges, or bar hype, Pyramid Lake Lodge wins by being what it is. It offers pure peace, beauty, and sincere hospitality. Special mention to the views, the sense of calm, and how every little detail (from the fireplace, the decks overlooking the lake, to the comfy beds) supports a feeling of rest and escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and real character. This lodge got it just right.
