Perfect Location - Entire Suite Private Entrance with private bathroom & living room - 5 Mins Walk to Skytrain & Restaurant & Banks

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Private, quiet, close to skytrain, and well equipped. Host communication was also very good. Would be happy to book again.

Great value, easy access to Downtown

Pros: Great location, everything you might need, value for money

Cons: Some people may not like to be a bit further out from Downtown.

Bright roomy and fantastic location

Pros: Large self contained one bedroom apartment. Kitchenette well equipped with airfryer; microwave; small bar fridge and sink! Shower has great pressure. Light and bright despite being basement renovation. Small dining table with chairs; sofa bed; desk and tv that was hooked up to streaming platforms.

Cons: A bit of a mission getting car in/out of gate as you have to open gate from inside property which is accessed from another Street, easier with two people. Washing machine would make stay perfect.

Ideally situated.

Pros: Perfectly equipped little apartment with everything we needed. Very clean. Easy access upon arrival (guidebook had been provided beforehand). Great location.

Cons: A can opener and a bigger freezer compartment would be nice.

Great location, comfortable stay.

Pros: Great location in a quiet suburban street, 5 minute walk to the skytrain as advertised. Tidy room with a separate bedroom, and comfortable bed.

Cons: The downstairs unit is well laid out, but designed for short stays and those wanting to eat out. We found it unusual not to provide a toaster for breakfast, but as confirmed, one is not listed. The fridge is small and sized for minimum daily essentials.

Great apartment in zone 1, 5mins to skytrain

Pros: We some issues/questions but then I looked properly at the Guide the owners sent me and everything was very clear.

Nice semi-basement suite of a private house, but don’t expect warm welcoming from the host.

Pros: The semi-basement suite is very nice and extremely clean. It is true that it is located near services even if it is not in the center. Even if it is well furnished, we would have appreciated a frying pan and shower mat (it is slippery without it) and also one when you get out so that you wouldn’t wet everything.

Cons: We had received instructions prior to our arrival, it was specified 3 times “not to ring the landlord’s door” but we couldn’t open the fence door because it was locked from the other side, so as she hopefully was home, she came outside to correct the situation. But I must say that she didn’t even say “hello” or “welcome” or apologize for the unpleasant incident.

Pros: Great suite perfect for a short visit with great access in and out our downtown Vancouver

Pros: Great instructions , communication. Fantastic location if you don't want to stay in the centre but get to it easily. We hired a car and this was great for us as parking is great and access to all areas of Vancouver just 15mins away. Has all the facilities you need, ironing, coffee, hairdryers etc...

Cons: If I was to mention a couple of small tweaks that might take this from 9/10 to 10/10..... Bath has no plug so this for me would make a difference. An extra pillow each. Very small tweaks on a fantastic stay.
