Four bedrooms New Lovely Duplex House-1628

We have had a very comfortable 1-night stay at the property during our short visit to Vancouver.

Pros: The numbers of bedrooms and full bathrooms are adequate for our use and privacy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable for our 20-month old girl to play around.

Cons: The kitchen and eating areas were clean and spacious; just the sink was not as clean as I would like.

Beautiful space, could be a little bit more comfortable and a little bit more amenities for guests

Pros: Beautiful home - nice and bright with tons of sunlight. Spacious and have enough rooms for a family of 8 (with children). Provided a high chair which was a nice touch.

Cons: No conditioner provided. Beds could be more comfortable - especially the floor bed - can feel the metal and almost tip over if you’re on the edge.

Pros: Extra bathroom not listed so that was a great surprise, comfortable and spacious

Cons: Tough to find parking at night, for the most part inside of property was clean, some scuffs on walls

Cons: 浴室角落發霉處沒有清乾淨、沙發地毯不容易維持有年代感。

Pros: Spacious and clean house, and looks like relatively new construction. Quiet neighborhood, and relatively easy to get to. Parking out front. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with plenty of sheets, towels, etc in the linen closet. I don't think it was listed in the amenities, but there is a full laundry closet (washer and dryer). Great for a family vacation.

Cons: Maintenance could have been better: multiple scuff marks on the walls and baseboards, peeling baseboard in the kitchen, It was difficult to find at night because the porch light wasn't on to illuminate the house number. It was also difficult to find and then reach the garbage/recycling: out the backyard, hop down a short wall, wade through tall weeds in a dark corridor between the garage and the fence, out the back gate, then into the neighboring unit's yard where all the bins are located.

Pros: Was really cozy house it's recommended for 7 to 8 people amazing for group gathering

Pros: Very spacious, great for a family, big bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful blooming cherry trees.. . Easy parking and entry.

Cons: The dryer didn't work.There was no dishwasher detergent. Cleaning crew did not do a good job. I found a bag of spilled chips under the sofa and various little piles.

Pros: The host was responsive and amazing in accommodating us—we truly appreciate it! The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, and the bedsheets and washroom were decently clean. Overall, a great stay!

Cons: The only area for improvement would be cleanliness, as we found a lot food leftovers and dirt on the floor.

Spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bath property for our group! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros: It was a nice and spacious property for our group where each couple/single had their own bedroom and private bathroom.

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros: Haus ist super, großräumig und in schöner ruhiger Lage

Cons: Wir hatten Pech, das Haus war nicht gereinigt. Der Vermieter hat aber kurzfristig uns eine andere Unterkunft für die erste Nacht zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass wir um Mitternacht zwar noch umziehen mussten, aber zumindest schlafen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist stark verbesserungswürdig, es gibt weder 8 Gläser, noch 8 Messer, noch 8 Löffel und keine 8 Frühstücksteller. Auch einen Dosenöffner gibt es nicht.
