Three bedrooms new laneway house near public transit & FIFA training site

Lovely property with a great host. Will visit again

Pros: Great location for us as we were visiting a family member, who lives locally. The property is relatively new and has 3 comfortable bedrooms which was ideal for our party of 4. The appliances were modern and efficient. While the property is in the suburbs, it is very adjacent to East 49th street (less than 5 mins walk) which has a fantastic bus service to Metrotown, for grocery and shopping supplies. The Skytrain from Metrotown takes 25 mins to downtown Vancouver. There are also two smaller shopping areas within 10 mins walk, for shopping and food. There was great communication from our host and all questions were quickly answered.

Cons: Nothing to speak of. The house was perfect for us.

Great little house

Pros: Loved the house. It was in a great area close to the bus stops and a shopping area. Perfect for a family of 4.

Cons: We stayed at the end of summer and it was really hot inside. Being on a lane way it was a little noisy at night.

Worked very well for our needs.

Pros: Location was very good, only 10 minutes walk shopping centre with all amenities.

Cons: Oven was not operational.As 85 year old , shower was difficult to get in and out of, bathroom quite small.

Perfect as a base. Great public transport.

Pros: Description was spot on! Ease of entering was great Cleanliness was A+

Cons: Sofa in lounge not comfortable No live tv

Pros: The host is super nice and had all the supplies ready ...the house is comfy while public transport is easy

Pros: It was one of the cleanest property we stayed at in Canada.

Perfect stay in Vancouver

Pros: Great little house perfect for family. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Nothing with the house at all! We highly recommend. I noticed that somehow Booking.com auto-charged my business card instead of my personal card for this booking…. Not sure how that happened!

Super!

Pros: La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Le parking devant la maison est très pratique. Les hôtes sont disponibles. Un supermarché est à proximité et le centre ville est proche aussi.

Cons: Rien a dire.

Perfect for our little getaway and comfortable on top 👍.

Pros: We liked the location very much. Bus stop was close and no problem. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons: I would have liked a light 💡 next to my bed, but survived just fine without. The kitchen can use a salad bowl.

Sehr gut aber zu einer Topunterkunft fehlt noch ein Stück.

Pros: Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr. Gute Parksituation, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Cons: Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben, hier muss nachgebessert werden.
