Beautiful Downtown Unit

Pros: I loved this apartment! The location is amazing — right in downtown Vancouver, in a safe area close to shops, Gastown, and the train station. The place is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to laundry supplies. We only had to buy our food. Highly recommend!

Comfy and convenient.

Pros: Central location, walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Good shower. New kitchen. Spacious place. Great value for the money.

Cons: The temporary treatment of the broken bathroom ceiling and portable ac vent need more work to make the apartment perfect. The cushions on the sofa and chairs have some stains that can benefit from deep cleaning to make the living room more inviting.

Overall, this is a comfortable unit with a better price point than others in the area.

Pros: The unit was spacious, clean and secure overall. Location was in walking distance to Granville Island aquabus, CF Pacific mall, Yaletown and many great bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

Cons: The temperature in the unit upon arrival was 88 degrees because the portable AC unit was not turned on. Also, the unit did not cool the entire apartment, only the main area. View faces Granville street and is not pleasant- trash on rooftops, lots of EMT activity on Granville, so noisy. Unit only has a few towels for guests but if staying longer than a few days, more towels needed. The cleaning company brought more for $25 charge. Laundry is accessible but not in the unit, and you have to pay to load the laundry card.

Very good value for Vancouver downtown

Pros: Very well located property, everything super well explained, beautiful view and sunny apartment. Very good price compared to other accommodation in Vancouver during July especially if it’s just to sleep.

Cons: Bathroom needs to be clean deeper as there was hair all over the bath wall and lots of stains on the bathroom door. Under the sofa was full of dust too. having to bring ourselves the garbage downstairs I would expect that the cleaner do it. Having to pay more money for sheets on the sofa when the add specifies it sleeps 4 people. Sofa is quite uncomfortable.
