Cozy home in Vancouver

Pros: Self-checkin message was excellent that covered all the questions and we checked in without any issues. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood and apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils etc.

Cons: Not enough hangers (only three) in the whole apartments and no iron/board but there is a steamer that does the job. Non stick utensils were in rough shape but the owner ready purchased new ones upon my feedback.

Comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood

Pros: Really comfortable rooms and beds; it was a great option for a family of 5 adults. Showers were nice with good water pressure. Also really nice having a full kitchen unit.

Cons: On one of the nights I think the family above (the owners?) came back at midnight and made a lot of noise which woke us up. But they all quieted down when we knocked on their door.

Value for money and great for families.

Pros: Spacious with great facilities for a family. We loved being able to cook and do laundry.

Cons: The noise of footsteps from upstairs was annoying but they didn't go all night, so we were able to sleep.

Lovely basement apartment, as described. Easy access, and simple check in/out.Highly recommend

Pros: Location was perfect, 15 mins from the airport and public transport easily accessible.There were plenty of towels, bedding, toiletries etc provided.Very comfortable sofa and beds. Fans in every bedroom and air conditioning unit in living room/kitchen. Washer and dryer which was great to have - family bathroom with toilet , bath & shower over bath and toilet & shower off one of the bedrooms. Very good to have 2 toilets/showers .

Cons: There was only 1 mirror in one of the bedrooms pet from mirrors over sinks in bathrooms. More mirrors needed in the apartment and hanging rails/wardrobes in bedrooms needed. Only 1 bedroom had wardrobe ( this also had the mirror).Also sound from house upstairs loud at times. This was mentioned after I booked and I said it wouldn’t be a problem as we were going to be out everyday but when it happened at night, into the early hours (quiet time 10pm-7am not adhered to!) I had to mention it to the host who reminded people staying there, of the rules. There were no further problems. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay again

Pros: Great location. Newly renovated and clean. Quiet except can hear neighbour above sometimes.

Cons: Pillow either too high or too low. No hooks in bathrooms for clothes. Temperature control doesn't seem to work

Pros: This was a great place for myself and our adult children. Plenty of room for everyone and comfortable

Pros: Très propre et très bien situé. Beau quartier calme. Lits très confortables.

Cons: Bruit de pas au plafond et de l'eau qui coule quand ils utilisaient les toilettes ou la douche.

Pros: Nice location, 15 min from the airport, lots of amenities (coffee, eating/cooking utensils, dishwasher/washer pods provided), toiletries, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms

Cons: It’s at the basement at the back of the house which is not convenient for my 86 year old mother to get into but I know that it’s at the basement when I rented it. AC is not centralized but there’s a portable one in the living room and there were fans in the rooms, although just turn all of it on and it should not be a problem. There’s a musty smell though of the couch and the bathroom, and maybe the electric stove even if it is not a problem just needs some cleaning.

Pros: מקום מסביר פנים, נוח מבחינת תחבורה ציבורית, נקי, מסודר ויפה!

Cons: הגענו משפחה בת 6 נפשות. לא היה מספיק מקומות ישיבה ליד שולחן האוכל.
