Fabulous. All the staff are kind, friendly and obviously very hard working. The arcade was cool!

Pros: Wonderful staff, great facilities, delicious restaurant. It was a great experience. I'd love to stay again if we go through Fernie. Excellent location, 3 minutes from the ski hill and 3 minutes from town but it has everything so we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything.

Cons: The only thing I noticed was there was no fan in the washroom. That is the only thing I can think to write as not so great

Comfortable family friendly, dog friendly, fun hotel with everything you need.

Pros: We really liked the pool and the waterslide. The kids had a great time. Having the restaurant available was great and the food selection was very diverse which we enjoyed. The arcade was a wonderful bonus, and our kids were delighted with this opportunity. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was a nice addition, the amenities in the room were sufficient. We loved that we could bring our dog, and we were close to a door for outside easy access.

Cons: We have nothing to declare that we did not like.

Pros: Really like the sauna and how it got upto the proper heat, the pool and hot tub were great as well. Room was great. The breakfast was also appreciated

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Sandy for his kindness when we checked in, he was great. My boys are older now, but they still really enjoyed the pool and the waterslide. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub!

Cons: The free breakfast was very basic, but we liked the pancakes and waffles makers.

Great hotel for the family!

Pros: Good breakfast, great coffee. Lots of variety of yogurts/ cereals for kids. Always fresh muffins. Pool and hot tub/ sauna was great. Slide was a hit for the whole family. Very nice location, close to the ski resort. Will stay here again in the future. We had amazing time there.

Cons: A little soft mattresses, but its my preference. But everything else was great.

Overall good stay

Pros: Excellent location! We requested a river-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast had a good variety, and the make-your-own waffle station was a pleasant surprise since some reviews mentioned there were no hot items. The boiled eggs were also a nice touch, giving us a healthy start to the day. Kids enjoyed swimming pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others—and would happily stay here again.

Cons: The rooms are quite small and feel outdated. The air conditioner is positioned too close to the bed, and the cool air blows directly onto the person sleeping nearby, which can be uncomfortable.
