Canmore Downtown Hostel

I often pass through Canmore at the end of summer. I will certainly consider staying here again.

Pros: I really appreciated that underground parking was included. The kitchen had a lot of space for storing food ( I don't know how many people where there at the time).

Cons: It was a little difficult to find the signs for the main entrance. I had seen from Google Maps that the hostel was on the second floor, but the sign was hard to see unless a person walks along all the sidewalks.

Pros: The most beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hostel setup is as good as I’ve seen - beds have curtains, lockers and space under the bed. Everyone has their own plug socket, light etc. Well built bed frames so you’re not being disturbed by other guests in their bunks. Decent sized kitchen with lots of hob/stove space. Large TV in the common area to watch sports and films was a nice touch

Cons: Nothing - a perfect hostel experience

Clean rooms, friendly staff and a good vibe. STUNNING views from the common area.

Pros: The property was very clean with an excellent vibe and board games in the common room. Our private room had a TV and the wifi worked well. The kitchen facilities are clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. Very close to the Banff bus

Pros: I loved everything! Super clean, bunk beds were spacious and so were the lockers assigned to each bunk. Great that a towel and linen were provided. Super friendly and helpful staff (especially the girl from Chile on reception) 😊 Nice and quiet common room with an incredibly comfortable sofa and amazing view. The kitchen was also very spacious and extremely clean. I never needed to queue to use a shower/toilet. Washing machine and dryer available. For $6 you’ll have your clothes washed and dried in 1,5hours. Amazing hostel overall and I wish all hostels were like this one!

Cons: I liked absolutely everything. The best hostel I’ve stayed at!

Great hostel to stay at Canmore

Pros: One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed. They have shared rooms and private rooms option. Clean and comfortable. Heater/AC works well. Kitchen and common space are clean and well organized. Also they have a laundry machine thats handy. Recommended!

Pros: Normally I don't like sleeping in hostels, but this time I decided to do it and this place really exceeded my expectations, clean, comfortable, and an excellent location.

Canmore and downtown hostel is a Great Place to stay

Pros: The facility was clean and well kept. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Most of the time I saw Harry on staff and he was excellent.

Cons: Kitchen closing at 10:30pm was a bit earlier than I wanted.

Perfect, a convenient, comfortable and excellent spot! Did me very well.

Pros: Absolutely brilliant place in the heart of Canmore! Super convenient location for stores, buses and all the necessities! The Staff was brilliant and the facilities were great too. You definitely get your moneys worth here. Got great sleep after a transatlantic flight and many hikes haha.

Brilliant value for money & excellent location

Pros: Location was amazing, beautiful views, tons of shops, bars and food options nearby. Short walk to Bow River. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Can’t think of anything!
