Beyond expectation!

Pros: Friendly Reception and convenient shuttle service. We requested for a grab-to-go breakfast as we need to head out very early. Instead, they opened the Breakfast earlier than schedule. Truly appreciated!

Pros: Pool area is well maintained, room was decent size. There are food and drink options near by depending on time you land in but was able to get delivery late. Breakfast was decent. Located close to airport with free shuttle - contact hotel prior to arrival

Great overnight stop between planes

Pros: Fridge and microwave good addition. Room clean and bed comfortable. Very nice included breakfast. Staff excellent as ever. Very prompt shuttle service. Liked the night light effect in bathroom that save using big light at night. Even the Christmas decorations were tasteful

Cons: We needed a lot of tea after very long travels. Would prefer a kettle rather than trying to make tea with coffee maker. And more tea bags and sugar would help. Though we were given more when my husband went to ask

Pros: The facilities, including pool and ensuite jacuzzi are a sheer delight after a long haul flight. The friendly and efficient staff, simple but satisfying breakfast and flexible, reliable airport shuttle service make this property ideal for an arrival or departure stay. A short, 15 minute walk to the Sunridge shopping area is an added bonus.

The stay and service was excellent. The web based booking was very user friendly.

Pros: The ease of our very late check in, the quietness of our room. The shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff is very hospitable and kind. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
