Pros: I appreciated the pricing point for the room and also how I was able to sort the reservation and payment out, online before arriving, reducing wait time at the front desk

Cons: Some of the bathroom fittings seemed dated and the carpeting in the hallway was not too clean

Pros: Great service. Comfortable room that has been renovated to seem more modern than the restbod the hotel. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Comfortable, solid value for money

Pros: Facility was clean, staff were nice, and I appreciated the accommodation for my check in and room upgrade.

Cons: I had to purchase water bottles or use the bathroom sink for water. Or melt ice from the machine. That was the only thing that was not ideal.

Great Stay!

Pros: Very helpful staff, recognized for being a valued frequent customer. Been my choice for yrs when in the city & it's nice to see they are doing their part to keep repeat business.

Cons: Room needed towels when arrived, nothing serious. Problem was quickly fixed & moved on.

Pros: Excellent location if you're a thrift store fan

Cons: Other people have not treated the hotel's rooms kindly. I don't understand this about people and you have to be a saint to own and run a hotel when people get drunk and damage things for no reason. This is a 2-star hotel and was clean enough; the bed was comfortable but they should use mattress pads. I could not see any way to increase the heat in the room. It seemed only to have air conditioning. The a/c fan was very noisy.
