Comfortable stay.

Pros: Breakfast was basic but good, bed was comfortable.

Cons: Quite noisy as we were near the pool and laundry area.

Great place to stay.

Pros: We had a beautiful stay and very pleased with staff, checking in and out. I would recommend this place to everyone. We travel alot to Calgary and will definitely be back.

Cons: 1st would be the burnt and dried out sausage with breakfast. 2nd would be the truck that came early around 6am in morning to pick up the garbage bin.

Pros: The location was close to my work location. Breakfast was good with many options.

Cons: Parking is a little tight especially for larger vehicles.

Pros: Our whole stay was very very good. Our room was freshly renovated. Comfortable beds, well equipped with fridge and microwave, hair dryer, The breakfast room had a huge variety for different tastes. Great experience.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and the shower was hot and the breakfast was also great.

Cons: Everything was very good.

I enjoyed my stay. In fact I extended my stay.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good, I particularly liked the pancake pooper machine.

Cons: No elevator. Was being replaced.

Pros: Best Western Inn I would like to give a compliment to the front desk agent by the name “Heike Bartley” at Best Western Airport Inn in Calgary. We arrived on Sept 6, 2024. She was polite and provided detailed information to us. Later when we ran into booking arguments with booking.com, Heike voluntarily offered her assistance. She suggested we call booking.com after 30 minutes to get a second agent. In addition, she helped explain the situation to the second agent and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We really appreciate the extra effort she put in. Her behaviour was a good model of providing excellent customer services and did not mind doing extra work when requested by customer.

Cons: Booking.com We have been using booking.com a few times in recent years. Our past experience with your agency was very good till the latest occasion. The original booking was Sept 6-11 at Best Western Airport Inn in Calgary. When we arrived, we thought of visiting Edmonton and staying with friends. We called booking.com at about 7:30pm and asked the agent “whether we can cancel the booking from the third night”. He replied yes. I asked if it could be from the next day. He also replied yes. He did not explain the cancelling procedure or any penalty. He told me he had refunded the money to me already, then talked about a cancellation fee of about $300. I said in that case I would keep the original booking instead of paying the cancellation fee. He said it was too late, it had been done and could not be reversed. I asked for his name and said I would complain to booking.com about he cancelled my booking before I had confirmed it. I asked for his name which he said it was “Jackson” and refused to provide his last name. I asked the front desk agent at the Best Western Airport Inn to help. The agent said she wanted to talk to his manager. This “Jackson” said he was the manager and hung up on us. This kind of customer service was rude and posed a bad image for your agency. He really needs to be disciplined for damaging the reputation of your agency, threatening and fooling customers. Luckily, we called back in about 40 minutes, the second agent was very polite and advised the original booking was not cancelled which the first agent was fooling and lying to us.

Great

Pros: The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the room facilities were great too.

Cons: The ice dispenser outside my room was loud but wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Room was clean and quiet, staff were approachable and helpful.

Pros: Hot breakfast was good. There was a pancake making machine, which I thought was cool, but I don't get out much. Staff were prompt to refill food dishes and condiments. The breakfast room wasn't too noisy. The pool was open until 10 pm.

Cons: The top stair up to the first floor was uneven.

Good value for a decent place to stay

Pros: Breakfast was good, well stocked - standard items. I guess it was fine.

Cons: Was not a fan of the pancake maker - can see why you have it.
