Comfortable stay

Pros: Location. Staff friendliness. Facility decor, cleanliness & design.

Cons: Hotel is starting to show wear in carpets, tiles, paint & walls. In our suite the furniture, along with the bathroom ceiling is in need of updating &/or repairs. Neither detered us from our stay, but could been seen negatively by other guests.

Our Stay was Excellent, would definitely come back again :)

Pros: Shayal at the front desk was eceptionally helpful- 5 stars for customer service :)

Cons: The pool and sauna were out of action and the shower leaked all over the floor of the bathroom

We found our home away from home.

Pros: This hotel takes customer service to the next level. I was offered a nice cup of tea as I walked in the door. Every staff member said happy birthday as I passed them at their stations. The room and view was amazing and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was next level. It was all freshly prepared by a team in the kitchen. There were so many different options and they were all delicious.
