Comfy stay

Pros: Very quite, beds and pillows were very comfy, food in restaurant was delicious.

Cons: Cigarette butt's were dumped outside the ashtray outside by the front door for a few days. Reeked of them as you walked past. They should have been cleaned up right away. There was one waiter in the restaurant that clearly did not respect women.

Pros: They take money deposits instead of credit cards and they were helpful

Pros: Lots of parking, including underground. Complete breakfast.

Pros: Its located in a great spot for me, down where I need to be but not too far from the airport.

Cons: They could always improve pricing. A bit heavy. Shower had hairs left behind

Great family stay!

Pros: The water amenities were great, we enjoyed and made full use of the waterslide, pool and hot tub. Rooms were exceptionally clean, especially the couch with the pull out bed and bathroom. My kids raved about our stay and asked to return again.

Cons: Breakfast took a long time to be served, however it was hot, fresh and came as described.

Pros: The girl at the reception spoke excellent English and Ukrainian. She explained everything clearly. The restaurant was amazing.

Cons: The room was noisy. The sound of rain was very audible, although the windows were closed.

Pros: I had a problem with the chair in the morning and the cleaning staff and the manager and the maintenance people took care of it right away.

Very comfortable stay. Love the buffet breakfast.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room and great breakfast included.

Pros: The staff were so kind and made the visit extremely special for our family. Nieves went above and beyond to create something special in our room that our three young children can’t stop talking about.

Pros: the restaurant is fantastic! my kids love the pool as well

Cons: it was a bit noisey but that is to be expected with different tournaments and birthday parties in the hotel
