Pros: Always stay there such a good place and good staff

Overall was an amazing stay! Value for money and very pleasant and helpful staffs!

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet area, helpful staffs,Decent breakfast spread. Water and hot available at the lobby. Less than 10mins ride away from downtown.

Cons: Very little toiletries! They only provided small tubes of shampoo, conditioner and lotion which was not enough for rooms with 3-4 people but they were more than happy to give more when requested.

Pros: Good hotel, very varied breakfast with warm and cold options, the hotel has a pool and we also had a jacuzzi in the room. Very big comfortable room.

Cons: Some facilities are a bit outdated, especially common areas. The gym is small and old. The location is just on the highway, the only way to travel to or from the hotel is by car/taxi.

Great hotel but the location is a bit far.

Pros: Great hotel. The room was very spacious. They have free water dispensers and a coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was nice - not overly full but had everything (including pancakes 🥞)

Cons: The hotel is located quite outside of the city center. you walk about 10 minutes from the next metro station, which is a bit uncomfortable when it’s hot outside. There are also no sensible food options nearby, only fast food.

Good location, clean, breakfast

Pros: Very well located, close to the Chinook mall and downtown Calgary. The room was clean, spacious and smelled good. Breakfast was decent, but missing fruits and cheese. We didn't make it to the pool/jaccuzzi area, but it looked nice. There was a complementary coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby, which was pleasant. We had two queen beds, and it was very spacious. Big closet area, microwave, refrigarator, toileteries, airdryer, iron, coffee machine, but NO safe. This was unpleasant. Big and functional television.

Cons: The front desk made us choose between the two worst rooms: facing the elevators, or facing the breakfast room. Unfortunately, we were giving a room in the basement right next to the parking, so the views were bad. I wasn't happy about it. The internet didn't work for more than 15h, and they didn't seem very bothered about it. It is extremely inconvenient for us, clients, to not have access to internet for that long.

Pros: The staff at the reception were very helpful and warm.

Cons: The breakfast hall was too small and some breakfast items were kept under the table because of small space so you end up missing them.

Great value for the price!

Pros: The sympathy of the staff. The cleanliness and the size of the room.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't the healthiest or tastiest, but, as Europeans, we were still getting used to the North American diet - first time leaving Europe for me! The location wasn't the most spectacular, but it was well connected to the city center.

Pros: Complementary parking and breakfast. Friendly staff. Maximum budget efficiency with sleeping comfort.

Pros: Comfortable clean room. Helpful staff. Good value for money with a good self service choice at breakfast

Cons: Sustainability poor, use paper and plastic cups. Pool edge dirty

Great stay in Calgary

Pros: Excellent location and great hotel with hot breakfast and pool/spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and 5 min walk to metro station to downtown (10 min ride). Clean and spacious. Restaurants around the corner. Excellent choice!
