Excellent choice for families!!

Pros: Great breakfast, spacious room, pool was fun and refreshing. Good location close to the mall and more.

Cons: Metal rods sticking out of the bed frame ripped my husband's jeans. No towels left at the pool. Not enough coffee cups in room, so we had to get some from breakfast bar downstairs. Would be nice to have phone casting for the TV.

Wonderful facility, staff and experience.

Pros: Location was ideal for a number of appointments I had. Staff was great. Nice facility and breakfast.

Cons: TV was a little finicky.

Pros: Breakfast was fine. Appreciated a hot option Lobby is nice and comfortable to sit and wait or meet a friend and sit by the fireplace

Good value, slight improvements could be included.

Pros: Large room made it extra comfortable, slide was fun, shallow end for slide was mint for children coming down above say age 7. Pillows/blankets comfortable. Little concession at front, appreciated. Towels were available for pool. The little bridge was also a neat feature for stair use. Many seats available for check in comfort. The extra sofa bed/the couch and extra blankets were available and nice. Overall the room was good, size well enough, the slight brightness was okay from the blind.

Cons: The soap was nice but not reachable for small children, an extra bar soap for rooms accommodating children or a stool would be useful. The upstairs second floor vending machine tap wasn't working for drinks. Hot tub made skin immediatly dry and itchy feeling. Their was hair on the backside of the door hinge in our room. The channels at nighttime weren't very friendly. Either domestic abuse channels/boring/and the one kids channels was okay but one other then tree house like family channel or ytv or cartoon network could be an addition. Also one cutlery set like a fork/knife/spoon could be an addition. The initial heat was 23 we did turn it down so it was less dry to sleep.

Pros: Excellent hotel recently refurbished to a good standard. Spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Great location handy to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Location is good - easy access to MacLeod Trail. Breakfast was very good. There is enough seating available. Room was excellent - wasn't expecting such a large room. Loved the walk in shower as I am disabled. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C was great

Cons: Only thing I would say is that you need more handicapped parking. Two is not enough

Pros: breakfast is really good! There's a mall and a Safeway 5min away

Cons: The dinning space is limited and doesn't have enough tables to accommodate all the guests. It was stampede week, so the hotel was full.
