Family time

Pros: Convenient location. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Larger room with mountain view and a gas fireplace. Rocky Mountain Soap company products in the bathroom. Excellent selection of hot and cold breakfast. Hot tub pool and waterslide

Cons: The parking gets very full later in the evening. Our bathroom didn't have the shampoo and conditioner refilled. I didn't bring any as I knew they had Rocky Mountain products, was already wet in shower before finding this out. Changed to very small coffee cups at the breakfast, just a couple of sips and it was gone. All minor details

Cozy mountain getaway

Pros: Friendly and efficient welcome. Our room was ready, clean, and well appointed.The fireplace added a feeling of coziness after a day in the snow. We enjoyed a hot dip in the jacuzzi with the view of the mountains around. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and satisfying.

It was a good place to stay and would still come back.

Pros: Breakfast was include and it was good. The room was comfy and clean and quiet (see note below). The pool and hot tub were great to have for the kids and adults alike, Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: All pillows on the bed were fairly firm. It would have been nice if there were at least a couple of softer ones so one could chose. My neck is still a little sore a day later. The A/C heater fan was a little noisy.

Pros: Great reception service great breakfast the pool/ slide was not crowded Nice view of the mountains on the third floor

Pros: The fireplace in the room and the set up. Staff always good.

Cons: The furnishing in the room need to be replaced--chair etc. really showing there age. Breakfast items not always fresh.

Pros: Welcoming, comfortable, and in an absolutely stunning location. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer and used this as a base for exploring the national park.

Cons: Construction nearby during the day - but that's not the hotel's fault!
