Excellent Family Getaway!

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable. Had a great sleep! Staff was attentive and helpful. And most of all, the view was amazing!

Beautiful peaceful location, views and lots of comfortable space

Pros: Apartment was very good size and had great views of the bay. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Coffee pods were provided. Towels were nice. Staff helpful and parking available.

Clean, great location and friendly staff

Pros: Gorgeous location overlooking the harbour (plus bonus sea lions who were very loud!! But the hotel did warn us and provide ear plugs!). Very friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. Really good value!

Fantastic hotel in beautiful Cowichan Bay

Pros: Nice view, sea lions in front of the hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant, clean, spacious rooms

Cons: Restaurant only open until 8 pm, please get rid of the tiny plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner and soap and use refillable dispensers that are more eco-friendly, no EV charging possibility

We loved it and will come again

Pros: Tara at reception was super friendly and very informative. The room was great as was the view. We really enjoyed the hotel, Cook and Butcher restaurant at the hotel (delicious food and great service) and Cowichan Bay is fun. Seal lions made it even better.

Cons: The shower tap could do with a bit of adjustment but that was it.

A pleasant and unique stay

Pros: Loved our meal at the hotel restaurant with a takeout option which is handy for kids, the kitchenette in our suite, also great for families and our ocean views with sea lions was incredible

Cons: A little run down eg no smart tv and blinds falling down but the facilities made up for it (toaster, kettle, equipped kitchen, dining table, kind comfy bed etc)

Pros: The location is fantastic Right on the water with incredible views . Restaurant in the hotel was good so book ahead of trip it gets very busy

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Room was nicely updated. Beautiful oceanview. The sealions out on the water were fun to watch and the kids loved them. Dinner was good at the restaurant and breakfast delivery was nice. We would stay again!
