Pros: Location, breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Carol, Suzy and Tammy are the best. Stayed several times and the hotel is always amazing!

Perfect getaway location for our mini family reunion.

Pros: We enjoyed the comfortable, spacious rooms, the hot tub and pool and the (on site) breakfast. We went to dinner theatre nearby and then drove to the lake for a walk. The cookies that greeted us upon arrival (at front desk) , were delicious.

Sadly no hot tub

Pros: The staff were friendly, we got a room upgrade and the breakfast buffet in the morning was great. The bed was comfortable and room quiet.

Cons: The hot tub was out of order and the reason I booked this hotel. All I was looking forward to was an evening and a morning of soaking in the hot tub. We did get an apology and a room upgrade. The staff were great but possibly when booking we could be informed if all amenities aren't available.
