Pros: Forgot expensive jewelery there and realized after month but they kept it everything safe in there locker and they gave it back so like to thank staff and cleaning crew for giving best and reliable service always recommend 4 point Sheraton ✌️

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location. (with friendly staff) It was close to our event, & almost across from a casino for entertainment & breakfast. Or if you prefer, a restaurant in the hotel or Wendy's next door.

Great room great location!

Pros: The hotel has been nicely renovated. Loved our room, the lounge was excellent and had great food, the location was great!

Cons: The breakfast and lunch buffet was not very good and expensive. No contiinental breakfast included with your stay. Only other complaint is that the lounge should be open longer on weekends

Definitely Coming Back

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.

Cons: Loved my stay. Berries and yogurt at breakfast would've been nice, but that's just a personal favorite

Our stay

Pros: The room was good, the bar and restaurant was great . The girl working the bar was fantastic. The morning staff was great.

Cons: The nighttime front desk was not a pleasure. She just made me feel like an inconvenience, and she just seemed annoyed with our presence . Other than that, it was a good stay.
