Penticton Lakeside Resort

Overall, it’s a beautiful place enjoyable but Parking was an issue

Pros: Checking in with Kayla was friendly and easy. We loved our clean spacious lakefront suite with its comfortable beds, warm fireplace and beautiful view from our balcony of the lake . They also gave us a $15 credit for not using housekeeping. Breakfast at Bufflehead Café was delicious thanks to Brandee, and Julia provided great service for dinner at The Barking Parrot. The delicious treats from Jennifer the night maid was a lovely touch. So all those we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The only downside the unexpected parking to pay a fee for two nights. Especially , after driving eight hours to get there, like where would you park then.

Cons: Parking we were at the resort I feel it should’ve been included

Enjoyed the resort very much.

Pros: We went to the resort for a Pool Tournament that was held in the resort. I loved we didn't have to leave the hotel all weekend to eat, or be entertained.

Cons: We really didn't like you had to pay for parking. I have never been to a hotel where parking was not included. The lighting in the room where they held the tournament was not good.

Pros: I like the view once we moved to the 5th Floor from the 2nd Floor.

Cons: We did not like the 2nd Floor because it was too loud from the Noise on the Ground Level.

OVERALL WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECCOMEND THE HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS

Pros: LOCATION RIGHT ON THE BEACH AS WELL AS THE RESTAURNT ON THE LAKE (JUST 50 METRES FROM THE HOTEL). FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALKED INTO THE FOYER YOU COULD TELL YOU WERE AT A TRUE 4 STAR HOTEL.

Cons: PARKING WAS $20 PER NIGHT APPARENTLY BECAUSE I BOOKED THE HOTEL VIA BOOKING.COM. IF I HAD BOOKED DIRECT THE PARKING WOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. REALLY!

lovely place for anniversary trip.

Pros: Very modern and clean room, great location, easy access to town, restaurants, and shops.Beautiful view from the balcony. Next to a lake. Comfortable beds and pleasant bed sheets.

Cons: At a big party on the lake, it was very noisy.

Lake view restaurant is a must and a lovely hotel!

Pros: Location, location, location! Beautiful lake views and a wonderful restaurant in the water with friendly staff and great food! The gym was also very good.

Cons: Could use some updates to the bedroom & bathroom - shower head, closet doors, etc but these are minor issues. The lobby and public areas have obviously had recent updates.

Pros: We enjoyed the stay completely Staff were very polite and helpful and accommodating

Was very Nice resort and Staff made it pleasant.

Pros: I loved the view. Christmas time was rather pleasant. Christmas decorations were awesome throughout the resort. New Years was nice as well. It was a nice stay. Look forward to 2025.

Cons: I didn't like it was the winter for couldn't use thd beach or facilities but always next summer of 2025. Nice to see you, again.

Whole family were very happy with our stay, stuff were very nice and facilities were great

Pros: Location was excellent, really enjoyed the private beach which was cleaned and groomed every day

Cons: The facilities were great, although it would’ve been nice to have some sort of dedicated space for children, like a games room

Excellent facilities but two issues.

Pros: Liked the overall facilities. Room was excellent. Pool and private beach were excellent. Food (only had breakfast) was also excellent!!

Cons: Two important issues were not up to decent standards; A/C unit had one setting, very cold and the clock radio could not be adjusted.
