Pros: The staff in the Pub (their friendliness and responsiveness to any questions) were great, as was the value and quality of the food.

Cons: The swimming pool and hot tub were a little too murky for my liking.

Great place

Pros: The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of selection! I thought it'd be out of the way but the location is easy to get to with a vehicle. It was a last minute Booking on our part and so I didn't have high expectations, but the place was amazing. Even better that the fancy places I've stayed in downtown. To be honest, I think this will be my go-to place if I need to stay in the city for another conference

Buisness not Leisure.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, front desk escorted pizza delivery to our door without issue.

Cons: Big ugly building that looks to have had construction halted. Pretty lame view and a bit of a eye soar. this room was for buisness not leisure so not a big deal in all honesty. At 150$ CAD for 1 night it was a bit steep.

Pros: AMAZING. COZY. QUIET. The room far exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and had Christmas cookies out for free. The pub was quiet. Mooseheas on tap and with a friendly bartender. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. Such a gorgeous layout and design. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: The location was a bit out of the way but well worth it for the experience.

Pros: Staff are welcoming and able to keep up a standard conversation. Breakfast was phenomenal as always with good coffee. Bed was comfortable. Great hot tub in the pool area. Hotel is in a convenient location to get around the city and to head out onto the highway.
