Motel 6 is our place to stay!

Pros: I liked the idea we did not have to pay a fortune in order to sleep for a night. The room was clean, staff was great. I liked that there is no extra charge for a pet.

Cons: There are lots of people in this world who do not respect the rights of others, and they do not pick up after their dogs poop. There are ample poopy bags and receptacles around the area, and the motel tries to encourage people to clean up after their animals. However, the good outweighs the bad and we will be back.

Good stay. Would recommend it.

Pros: The motel itself was great and clean inside. The walls were a little thin, and neighbors were a bit noisy, but they settled down early. We were disappointed with how much dog poop was all around the building. That is the fault of dog owners not being responsible, which is a shame. Parking lot was quite icy too, but it was all over. But over all, we had a good stay. Second time for us, and we will be back.

Pros: Price point was excellent. Room was dated but more than sufficient for a one or two night stay.

Cons: Was warned pillows were hard so brought my own.

Motel was delightful

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised at how nice Motel 6 in Grande Prairie was. The layout of the room was compact but had everything we needed. Coffee in the morning was wonderful! We liked the fact there was no extra charge for a dog. We will be back! Staying at Motel 6 made traveling affordable.

Cons: Although Motel 6 provides bags and several garbage cans for dog waste, some people refuse to clean up after their pets. Too bad there weren't cameras around the building and if people were seen not cleaning up their dog waste, they could be charged extra on their credit card! It was disgusting to see the disrespect of some customers after the motel made it so easy for them to pick up after their dogs! Certainly not the motel's fault!
