Adequate hotel, let down by customer service following my stay.

Pros: Property was in a good location and the accommodation was adequate.

Cons: Despite sending several messages, I am yet to receive my security deposit. The hotel tell me to contact my bank, my bank say they release any hold straight away. I’m currently still awaiting my $200 which is a shame as otherwise the hotel experience was fine.

Well priced, well located, great service

Pros: Superb staff - really friendly and helpful and that goes for everyone we met: from the people cleaning rooms, serving food, the receptionists and the people who maintained the premises. Nice restaurants and pool. Well located for the ski lifts with a regular free shuttle bus - although we mostly drove.

Cons: The rooms were a bit tired but really it didn't matter because the overall experience was really good

Nice apartments very convenient to Lake Louise Resort.

Pros: Great location for skiing at Lake Louise. Shuttle bus takes 5 minutes. Very nice apartment.

Cons: Restaurants are first come first served. So can’t be booked. Not enough capacity for guests. No bar to wait in - very odd.

Pros: Great restaurants on site. Pool and hot tubs great at the end of a cold day. The 2 bedroom suite was great for a family of 6.

A great winter get away.

Pros: The hotel was ideally situated, very friendly staff, clean. The restaurants were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The coffee facilities were good.

Cons: The bed in my room was exceptionally soft and worn.

A perfect family vacation!

Pros: Upon check-in we were notified that our family of 3 had been upgraded from the standard double room we had booked to one of their condos at no extra charge. This gesture was greatly appreciated and we made great use of the extra space, features and amenities. It was clear that the staff here knows how to take care of their patrons!
