Perfect

Pros: This was a bucket list trip for me and it didn’t disappoint. Such a cool experience. Amazing place, beautiful people and fabulous food. Snow shoeing across the frozen lake was truly the stuff that dreams are made of. Loved every second

Heaven has a red roof.

Pros: Location, comfort and an all-inclusive stay. The surrounding area is quiet and absolutely breathtaking. Open fires, indoor heating, modern furnishings and beautiful blankets from Anián ensured warmth and a sense of luxury. The Furo tub was a lovely addition to the Num-Ti-Jah room. Shared meals with limited access to internet meant we made new friends and I had my husband all to myself!

Cons: Limited room services with no in-room tea/coffee facilities. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge - perhaps adding some blankets/throws will make the space more inviting.

Beautiful and unique stay

Pros: Location - stunning Lodge - comfortable and unique with wonderful communal areas Food - the best we have had on our 2 week trip to Canada! 4 course dinners were incredible, breakfast was delicious and varied and amazing packed lunches

Cons: The only possible improvement is a slightly bigger bed

Excellent, and would recommend, but don't appreciate being left waiting to be served

Pros: Very comfortable and welcoming in a stunning location

Cons: One sitting for dinner and breakfast which meant, when you were last table served, despite being early seated, that you watched other people finish before you received food.

A beautiful lodge in a stunning setting

Pros: It had a great location on Bow Lake and roughly in the middle of Banff to Jasper. Food was exceptional.

Cons: Our room above the kitchen was a little noisy at night

Such a special place to stay

Pros: The staff is amazing, they make you feel so special. The meals are thoughtfully prepared and served in family style groupings so you get to meet interesting people. They serve apre hiking snacks in the bar area in front of the fireplace.

Une étape parfaite

Pros: Tout!!! L'emplacement bien sûr, le lodge, les chambres, le dîner, le personnel, tout était parfait. C'est un endroit hors du temps, calme et beau, avec en prime des aurores boréales! La plus belle étape de notre road trip de 3 semaines dans l'Ouest Canadien.

Cons: Rien
