I would love to come again.

Pros: Great facilities, sensational location. Love the way they have a “library” where you can sit and relax by a fire or play board games

Would recommend to anyone staying in Lake Louise

Pros: Great location, friendly staff. Pub nex5 door excellent, pool area nice. Only hitch was that room had open fire and smelled strongly of wood smoke.

Cons: Just Smokey smell in room

It was an excellent stay with special friends!

Pros: The spa services were outstanding. Thomas was an excellent masseuse and the hot stone massage was the best I have ever had.

Cons: The boiler went out and their back up plan could have been better serviced so it did not fail.

Good but staffed to be more helpful.

Pros: The decor and general feel of the hotel was cosy. Free Shuttle lake Louise excellent. Driver was very helpful

Cons: Arrived early as travelled from Banff at 12.20pm I asked where I could get coffee at reception . Was told to try dining room. Went to dining room. 2 Staff very unhelpful. They suggested I tried coffee stations located on bedroom floors. I then went t find the station and they stop at11am. Shortly after another guest went reception and ordered hot drinks from a different receptionist!! I was shocked that a4 star hotel couldn’t provide coffee for guests!!

Incredible hotel. Lodge vibes with European luxury. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Breakfast was perfection with amazing service, beautiful decor, and an abundance of options. Pool was just gorgeous, with a large hot spa pool. Turndown was welcomed with free water.

Cons: The only thing bad about our stay was that it wasn’t long enough.

Pros: ALL THE HOTEL NEARBY LOUISE LAKE IS EXPENsive, but the luxury of the hotel is worth for it.

Cons: maybe the price.

Nice place with good rooms, beds and food which could use some modernization

Cons: Nothing not to like, whereby the hotel could do with a selective renovation / refurbishment (to have a more modern look and feel) esp given higher price level - same would go for the on site restaurant

Comfortable accommodation close to Lake Louise

Pros: Nice and comfortable hotel with the amenities you would expect at the price point. Ate at the Outpost Pub which provided a decent meal. Complimentary bus to Lake Louise was great since the parking was completely sold out. We got the last one of the day up to the lake to try and avoid most of the crowds and it was an easy downhill hike back down to the hotel later in the evening.

Pros: We have been travelling across Canada and staying in lots of hotels. This is probably the best. The hotel is beautiful and offers a choice of fine dining and more everyday food in the \

Cons: A fridge in the room would have been nice

The hotel was lovely inside and out. The staff all very friendly and helpful providing travel advice and recommendations

Pros: The location is excellent . A short walk to the village and shuttle bus to Lake Louise .
