The best mountain stay I ever done

Cons: There wasn’t much to not like

Loved it - will return!

Pros: It was remote with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, the restaurants were really nice, everything was clean. Staff were great!

Cons: Helpful if the gondola ran a bit later. Though the taxi we got up was perfectly timed and possibly quicker??

Gondola up to a hidden gem!!! Loved it

Pros: The suite we had was great!!! Lovely bathroom and bath! Large bed Fridge which was great.

Cons: The staff were so great. Friendly and happy for any questions The hot tub

We got the chance to admire the night sky (bonus blood moon)

Pros: Great experience to a 20-minute gondola ride (one-way) going up to the lodge. The staff are friendly. The hike to the lake is so worth it. The room included water bottles, coffee pods, electric kettle and a Dyson fan! Those little things made us comfortable.

Cons: We stayed in the loft room which included a pull-out Murphy bed. The corner foot of the bed could use some cushion as there is not much clearance and I ended up bumping my leg against it.

Gorgeous retreat in the meadows

Pros: What a surprise. This resort in the middle of Sunshine Meadows was delightful. The gondala ride from the car park was the prefect introduction to this lovely resort, with helpful staff and such a pleasant outlook.

A few days to hike outside, but still close to Banff, Feels like you are far away, but in a hour you are in Banff

Pros: Great, just great. S’mores with Jakob was a laugh. But at checked out it went wrong. We specifically asked when our luggage would be brought down and the reply was 10-15 minutes. Which would have been perfect as the gondola takes 20. But we ended up waiting for an hour. even after asking the front desk at the bottom what was going on, it took another 15 minutes. Do not make promises you cannot keep. Stanley glacier hike takes a long time and we had dinner reservations in Radium hot springs, no fun when you have to rush.

Cons: The baggage handling at departure time

Summer in the high Rockies

Pros: Excellent summer stay, with dynamic customer service from the young team. Well-organised facilities

I came for a time of activity, and some rest and relaxation. I found both.

Pros: I loved the Gondola to the lodge. The service in the restaurant was great.

Cons: The food for the most part was good but it did not stand out. Not that I didn't Like it but I expected better.

Pros: Great secluded location with amazing trails, lots of perks included in the room price (gondola, pool, guided hiking) and very kind staff.

Cons: Limited and high fat food options, def to be modernized

Pros: The view was awesome and the gondola ride was fun. The room was clean and the restaurant had nice foods.
