Best ever!

Pros: Raman and Harpreet! Raman made the check in a breeze and Harpreet was the loveliest individual to have a conversation with in the evening. Spotlessly clean rooms and great beds.

I would stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is located right where we needed it to be. Easy to find. The room was spacious, comfortable, and Very Clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Sadly, our tv wasn’t working. No sound.

Good sleep, quiet room.

Pros: Location was great for airport access. Hotel was clean and room was quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Hotel was more expensive than others in Leduc. Very little choice for restaurants in the area

Fine. Have stayed before and probably will again if we come to Leduc.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Service and server were great.

Cons: The toilet paper. Really you are not saving money. We just have to use more!!! Pillows are all the same - very thick. Would be nice to have a couple less.

Loved it.

Pros: The stay was quiet, clean and restful. Just what I needed.

Cons: The toilet was plugged and the maintainence man was not on site so I had to plunge the toilet myself.

Great place, clean, friendly staff, quiet, and comfy bed!

Pros: Bed was comfy, nice and quiet, it was very clean, restaurant and pub.

Cons: The breakfast staff was slow with service and rarely came by to offer more coffee. I always left a cash tip (regardless if my stay offers free breakfast), but maybe each waitress should have a placeholder with their QR Code for tips (just like the cleaning staff has in the rooms that they clean). I think that may help improve the service. Also… keep the breakfast available until 10:30-11am so those that guests aren’t rushed to leave while on vacation, for sport or business.

Good location, decent price and welcoming!

Pros: The location was perfect with lots of dining options close by. We had a lovely spacious room in a quiet area in the hotel, which we appreciated.

Cons: It was minus 40 overnight and I would have liked to have the option to plug in my car.
