Great location, great room.

Pros: The room was very nice with cleanliness, size of room, beds were comfy, lots of pillows to choose from and a comfy chair. There was 24 hour coffee in the lobby. The breakfast had a variety of muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and other items. The room was quiet as well.

Cons: Not much. The coffee was ground coffee in filtered pods. I made a full pot but the coffee was extremely weak. I would suggest to make half a pot or add two coffee pods. Better yet, use the coffee in the lobby or breakfast area.

Overall good value for your money if you're passing through but don't expect much from the breakfast

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

Cons: The provided breakfast option was disappointing. There were no warm foods, lack of cereal and drink options. The banana's were all mostly bruised and browning. The main items were muffins, boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee, fruits. Would've liked to see more hot foods for breakfast. Went to eat at Tim's down the street.

Stay again in a heartbeat. Good service, beds ÷ Breakfast.

Pros: Easy check in & the staff were supper helpfull (mother-daughter team). Beds were great. The place does includes continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, coffee etc & boiled eggs. Muffins but no toast, which is odd (It's because guests didn't use tongs that were provided during Covid so the health board made them remove the toast option). Would stay here again for sure.

Cons: That toast for breakfast OR hot waffles was not available!

Pros: Room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The only thing was they were renovating. It was not overly inconvenient just a little bit noisy from this during the day. Was quiet at night time.

Great, we are definitively coming back to this hotel!

Pros: The staff were friendly all the time, ready to help. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and the room was always clean, even better than what we expected. We will definitively come back to this hotel if we go again to Nanaimo. Great location too! We were able to walk to downtown and spend the afternoon there; it was a great time!

Cons: Actually, everything was great. Exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The staff were fabulous, kind and caring. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was very very comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like. The only reason I have scored this 8 rather than 9 or 10 is that the public areas are a bit tired looking. But the bedroom was excellent.
