One of the best hotel beds

Pros: The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Staff friendly during check in and check out.

Cons: A bit too hot in the breakfast room, but good was good.

Vancouver Island is a such a fabulous place to visit and this hotel is a perfect base.

Pros: Great location and helpful staff. Easy to visit different places in the island from this central location. Breakfast was sufficient.

Cons: On such a magnificent natural beauty that is Vancouver Island, I can not believe that so many disposable things are used for breakfast service. Plates,bowls, cutlery, coffee cups etc. Obviously not a requirement like it is now in Australia for it to be recyclable. Such a small thing that could make such a difference.

Pros: The beds are absolutely exceptional - best sleep I have had whilst traveling for a long time. Also very clean, and the rooms are stylish, new, elegant and calming. Highly recommend.
