Old fashioned value in a top spot!

Pros: Amazing view and great for spotting whale and seal.

Cons: Decor is outdated but clean.

Fabulous

Pros: Fantastic view and close proximity to the ocean. Lovely garden with patios and chairs though the weather did not allow for much use of it. We enjoyed walking on the beach and found downtown Qualicum beach beautiful and very convenient. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and well furnished. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

Pros: Its location. Ocean view. Kitchen. The manager was great. I screwed up my dates and he was very kind about it and let me stay the extra night in the same room. I enjoyed my stay

Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked. It was a little musty smelling but it’s an older property with carpet near the ocean. Parking was tight. But nothing really negative to say.

A peaceful, scenic spot to stay in Qualicum, but yet very close to everything by car.

Pros: It was our first time staying at the Buena Vista. It is waterfront with a nice common patio and access directly onto the lovely beach, where you can swim, or walk. We enjoyed the quietness and relaxed atmosphere. It is truly a get away spot! Everyone we came into contact with were very pleasant and our accommodation was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Cons: Just a note letting people know that this is an older place, but our suite was extremely neat and clean.

Wow what a little gem.

Pros: Wow what a great little motel. It was like staying at your nan's place. Exceptionally clean to the point of immaculate, and wow that view! The furniture was old fashioned but in excellent condition. We watched seals playing at the front and an eagle eating a fish. There was also a kitchenette that was well appointed in terms of functionality and appliances. Great value for money.
