Short but sweet stay

Pros: Friendly front reception. Central location in Penticton. The facilities offered are decent - but we did not use them during our stay.

Cons: The vending machine had expired snacks and limited drinks.

Pros: Rooms are huge, and spotless. Very comfortable beds

Pros: The room was clean and big and had good access for plugs and phone cords. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel. The indoor pool isn't very big so I didn't use it. They do have an outdoor pool that might be good through the summer. It's just a half a block from the beach.

Cons: The toasting machines in the breakfast room were noisy and squeaky. And they were going full time even when someone wasn't using them.. breakfast was not too bad. You could be creative and make yourself a decent breakfast.

Pros: Very comfortable, newly renovated, and clean. Terrific breakfast.

Pros: Great room, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing. Great value for money!

Cons: The breakfast was substantial, but we were disappointed that there was no local fruit available.

We liked everything, we would like to come back in the summer.

Pros: Great location, everything is clean. Nice spacious room.

Helpful and accommodating

Pros: When my aging father had an accident in the room, the staff were very accommodating. They did not ask me to pay any additional cleaning fee.

Great outdoor pool!

Pros: Rooms are recently renovated and well kept. Outdoor pool is great! Plenty of parking.

Cons: Not really walking distance to anywhere.
