Pros: great location for truck parking always great staff clean and comfortable rooms have stayed here numerous times and will be back

Handy pet friendly hotel with amenities & helpful staff.

Pros: We were pleased that we were able to bring our 2 pets, & have our 2 grand children spend a few days with us. The staff was lovely -- very friendly, helpful, & loved our cats. We appreciated the attached Denny's Restaurant. It was easy to get into & out of the property. The beach,the Sicamous paddlewheel museum, & Tim Horton's are all within walking distance, as is a bowling alley/mini golf facility.

Cons: We were in room 110, & the double bed closest to the window needs the mattress replaced -- it is broken & horrible to try to sleep on. There were lots of towels at the pool the first day we visited it, but 2 days later there were only 2 towels for the 10 people at the pool. We did ask for a small table to do crafts & puzzles on with our grands, but that message was aparently not communicated to this location; a staff member went looking for one & brought it to us.

Other than the unnecessary early morning noise, my stay was excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent. Was near the venue I needed to attend. A place to dine was on location. A service station was nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Around 5 am to 6:30 am., a room above me started slamming drawers, and sounding like they were dragging furniture around the room non-stop. A little early in the morning for that kind of noise I feel.

not sure if I will be stay here again while on business

Pros: Location was good for the reason we were in Penticton. Our company put on a large Holiday Event across at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre every November.

Cons: The room had an older type smell to it. Also staying for Business, there should be an separate area for this away from all the sport teams and party goers. No Business discount was offered for the Vendors who stayed there.

Pros: Location was great close to beach and very walkable

Pros: I love that this hotel is pet-friendly, and the staff is simply amazing

Cons: The facilities are a bit outdated, and the toilet are unusually low.

Pros: We made a mistake on booking the wrong day and it was changed with no problems.

Pros: The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Pros: I liked that there are doors along the firelane i loved the pool and hot tub if didn't like the hotel windows face the pool watching everyone

Cons: Someone had spilled cream in the lobby and my Gf slipped and hurt her self there were no caution wet signs up only thing

Pros: The amount if cigarette butts by the back door is disgusting, its also a fire hazard - just put a bucket if sand
