Excellent value with stylish spaces, warm service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding dining.

Pros: Kwa'lilas Hotel offers exceptional value for money. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, clean, nicely appointed, seem to be recently renovated, bathroom - luxurious and modern. We had an excellent light meal in the bar and an amazing dinner in the fine dining restaurant (one of our best dining experiences in BC).

Pros: The fact the rooms were exactly as shown with the native pride was absolutely perfect..I am not aboriginal but love the artwork..And the fact they really show it is fantastic.

Cons: The pub well ...Was there for superbowl...speaker system not working...Some one had to stream from phone to a speaker...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE..yes better than nothing ...The food..well ...HORRIBLE...service well it was lacking but that cant be blamed on 1 person pubs get busy I get it ...

Comfortable and convenient - restaurant is highly recommended.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. The restaurant is exceptional with well prepared dishes and very good selection of BC wines - a real gem that is highly recommended. Also a fun pub that has a good kitchen.

Lovely hotel which suited us well

Pros: Hotel ambience with unusual art work . Comfy bed Needs to leave at 5:15am for ferry check out was very smooth

Cons: Room not ready at 4 pm when we arrived . Discount for breakfast at the the cafe but not for other meals

Pros: The Hotel is beautiful, well appointed, friendly staff, and very restful. I enjoyed the indigenous artwork and designs and the caring ethos throughout. From the personal products, to the encouragement to be mindful of the environmental impact of water use, to the Fair Trade coffee; those are details that matter.

Pros: Very late check in with no hassles ... room large and clean, walking shower, comfortable beds .

Best place in Port Hardy

Pros: The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It was updated about 8 years ago, but looks and feals like a new build. Everything is in excellent condition. We asked for some specifications because of allergies, and everything was done as requested. They have a lovely indigenous gallery on the second floor above the pub.

Cons: We couldn't stay longer.
