I'd be happy to stay again - as long as it wasn't in the winter!

Pros: Very clean, modern, good decor, well maintained, and good service.

Cons: The room was colder than would be expected, even with the air conditioning turned up. This was no-doubt due, in part, to the -29 degrees Celsius temperature outside. This may seem picky but, speaking as an engineer who designs building services, I would expect the heating system to be designed for the typical winter climate.

Pros: It was clean, very friendly and helpful staff, location close prince’s island park

Cons: Breakfast is not included but can bought at enclosed Flower & Wolf restaurant. Which is by the way very good. But it’s weird that so many hotels in Canada work like this

Perfection

Pros: EVERYTHING. The suits are exceptional, the staff are incredible, the location is spot on and the place was immaculate the whole time. The pool and slide were a great addition.

Cons: Not sure why but my key didn’t allow us to travel to the 15th floor (maybe this is reserved for members only or I did something wrong- however we would have liked to check the rooftop out- clearly not enough to ask for help though!)

Clean space, it has everything you need.

Pros: I like the mini living room before the main bedroom. The entire space was cozy.

Pros: Location and welcoming and very pleasant staff. Close to the park and shopping mall. They had booked our taxi to the airport. Good breakfast.

Cons: Nothing to complaint. Would have been good if couple of biscuits have been provided as we had travelled from Far

Pros: Nice room with separate living room area. A large bathroom.

Pros: The location is good, waliking distance to Prince's Island and Peace Bridge, buses stop to Calgary Airport and Crowfeet station.

Great location

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Strange encounter with the outdoor security charging through the hotel to follow us into elevator only to stare us down and not respond or offer explanation. Leather headboard on bed was utterly destroyed by nails/tears. Very tacky and seedy red light district feel. Couldn't open bedroom or living room curtains for fear of flashing children at the swimming pool.

Great for families

Pros: Great location near the river, very child friendly with nice pool facilities

Cons: Breakfast was an additional cost
