Holiday Inn Express - Red Deer North by IHG

Pros: Had a perfect stay after a long flight. Very clean and quite new hotel, I think. The room was spacious, warm and clean and the breakfast plentiful and the area really clean. Staff both at reception and breakfast restaurant really nice.

Pros: What was there not to like. It was a beautiful hotel and our room was gorgeous. It was quite and people were really respectable. The food was fantastic

Really great stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing staff.

Pros: Second stay at this hotel, and both times we have been impressed by the simplicity and comfort of the stay. The staff are super courteous, professional, and friendly, the place is perfectly clean and very comfortable. There is a hot breakfast in the morning, which is well-equipped with well-cooked food. Other options are also available for those who prefer things like cereal or toast. 11 am checkout time makes for a comfortable pace to your morning. Very quiet.

Cons: If you check in late, you may have some difficulty with parking, but the worst of that is that you might have to park at the back of the building.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, better then other hotels.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has great amenities like pool and fitness gym. They serve amazing breakfast buffet. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. It has an excellent location as it's only 5 mins away from our relatives place. We'll stay here again and would highly recommend.

Amazing, and beyond our expectations

Pros: The breakfast was not at all what I expected. It more than exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was clean and staff was friendly. The pool was used quite often by me and my kids during our short stay.

Cons: Only negative about my experience, was that we stayed for only one night. I would have loved to be able to extend our stay. Everything was fantastic, not a single negative!

Solid place, great staff, very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location is a bit odd to get to, but we used to live in that area of the city, so we were familiar. We didn't spend much time on the property, so we didn't get a chance to check out the other facilities offered. Also didn't have a chance to sample the hot breakfast, but the cold and to go kind of items were of good variety, and the fact that hot breakfast is offered is great for when not pressed for time. Coffee was good.

Cons: Everything went fine, according to plan, and was everything we needed for our stay. Don't have any negative feedback, to be honest.

Returning customer. Would stay here again based on experience.

Pros: The breakfast was the highlight and sets the hotel apart from other hotels.

Cons: While I understand it is how the economy is going, the price is significantly higher than when I was last here at Christmas time a year ago. However the services and room provided were exactly the same.

Pros: We have stayed here multiple times and like the courtesy of the staff, the comfort of the rooms. We didn't use the amenities this time but have in the past. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room are all great.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
