Pros: Breakfast was awesome, very polite staff and excellent food. Kids loved the pool and waterslide, we had a king suite with the bunk bed and worked perfect for our family.

Cons: hot tub was broken

A great visit with family, though the circumstances were sad.

Pros: Good location. It was easy to get around Red Deer. Having the two restaurants so close was nice. When I checked in the staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to call for staff because the TV wasn't working. It turned out to be a loose connection, but I don't like to play around cable connections.

Cons: When I checked out I was expecting to pay for the room, as I had chosen pay at the hotel option. But I was told the payment had already gone through on my credit card.

Great Family Hotel!

Pros: The family room worked really well for us and through booking.com it was affordable. The King bed was great! We weren't able to use the pool but will keep it in mind for the future. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.
