Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort

Pros: Loved the spa, weather was not the greatest but we had a great time

Pros: Peaceful, we got the Seaview and falling asleep and waking to the sound of waves.

Cons: No consistent cleaning. Have to ask.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and met all of our requirements. The sofa/ pull down bed in the lounge area was very comfortable and suitable to be used as additional bed.

Cons: The pool are was very expensive to be used for a family and had to be booked in brief slots. I had hoped use of the pool facilities would have been included in the overall price.

Pros: The resort was wonderful, the view from our room was amazing and the food was delicious.. We booked a ground floor room thinking it would be wheel chair accessible. However, you had to go down two flights of stairs to get to the room from the parking lot.. Fortunately, there was a room available on the 2nd floor that was accessible. It wasn't easy for my husband to get around the bedroom and bathroom due to the carpets and the tight space. The beach access was long and very steep. It was impossible to navigate with a wheelchair and would be very difficult for people with mobility issues. We did enjoy our stay the staff were very helpful the room.was tastully done and clean. We would return perhaps booking a cabin or a suite.

Spectacular views, awesome facilities!

Pros: Amazing location, awesome facilities, spectacular views, squeaky clean new bathroom, spacious kitchen, balcony felt private, the kids loved the pool and the playground and the basketball courts. Beach access from the resort, lots to explore. Great food at the restaurant. Helpful, friendly staff. Would love to stay again, for longer next time. ...But we really made the most of our one night there!!

Pros: We loved the grounds and the beach access. The room had everything we needed.

Pros: We were only there one night and spa wasnt open so our staff experience was mostly at the restaurant/lounge. Waiter went out of his way to make our evening special. He was helpful and professional while infusing some humour and warmth .Hostess was accommodating when we changed our time and enjoyed the lounge both for a pre dinner drink and morning latte.

We felt very relaxed and spoiled during our stay.

Pros: very happy to see the car charging infrastructure. The spa bath in the deluxe studio was excellent.

Cons: This is minor but the rooms could use a paint job! the beige colour felt a bit antiquated. Also, the grounds were very muddy so maybe warn people about that (walking from our room near the spa to the restaurant, I got my nice boots very muddy).
