Pros: Good location, close to the airport. Smaller and older hotel, which I like. Very quiet, very clean. A warm welcome and service with a smile from all staff I met. Nice free and on-time shuttle service. Breakfast had enough (regular) options, I appreciated the fresh scrambled eggs.

Pros: Convenient location to catch an early flight.Staffs are nice and friendly. Satisfied with continental breakfast and very convenient . Will stay again next time.

Cons: The room was hot and small . limited space to move around with the 2 beds. There is no mirror other than the bathroom one, we have to take turns to use it .

Pros: The hotel was convenient for us as we just did a 6.5 hour flight and needed one night in Vancouver before flying out again on a longer flight and the hotel offered free shuttle service. Room was big and so was the bed. Even provided breakfast and stored our bags after checkout so that we couls collect later and use the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and friendly.

Pros: After asking what time I was leaving, the staff prepared breakfast half an hour earlier than the stated breakfast start time to accommodate my departure. The front desk was very kind. Excellent service.

Pros: The staffs are all hospitable to customers and breakfast included is simple but taste good. The location is good as well which near to the airport.

Cons: The equipment and interior decoration is obsolete but can’t complain for this price.

Pros: The breakfast had good selection. We asked the front desk ,at check in , if the shuttle bus went to the YVR South Terminal and we were told that if the shuttle was later than we needed they would call a taxi and gave us a voucher. Very nice and unexpected.

Cons: The vending machines did not work.
