I chose the Sheraton as it was the highest rated in close proximity to the hospital.

Pros: The convenience to the Richmond Hospital and the employee service and attitude

Cons: The hairdryer was substandard and the coffee pot in the room was entirely inoperable

Great spot to stay near the airport.

Pros: Great shuttle service and friendly staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Needed a quiet and comfortable space to rest in between travel days and this suited well.

Cons: The pool area needed a bit of maintenance and cleaning.

Pros: My room was ready early, very clean, shuttle service was great, staff was friendly and helpful except for my one minor issue. I would stay again.

Cons: I was quite disappointed that I did not receive my 4 am wake up call that I requested from the front desk so I could get to the airport early. Luckily I set my personal alarm as a back up.

Pros: My flight was canceled, so rather than travel back home down the valley, made the quick decision to stay somewhere overnight. Sheraton anywhere has always met expectations. Kudos to staff. Breakfast was fabulous - enough for leftovers at the airport!

Comfy rooms, peaceful close to amenities

Pros: Location isn't far from anything. food around. mall within walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. plenty of parking, ease of finding elevator and room. Option of opting out of room service. room attendants were friendly and polite.

Cons: that you could hear your neighbors conversation. No fan in the bathrooms. air circulation wasn't that great i woke up with a cold.

A overnight stay I do miss the wine glasses at the bar they use the glass cups now. Breakfast was great.

Pros: Front Receptionist Andrea. She is always friendly with a smile and it is so to nice her everyone we visit.

Staff was tremendous and the dinner service was wonderful!

Pros: The staff was exceptional, sincerely concerned with our comfort (since we arrived late in the evening, and were leaving early in the morning) -- their concern and attention was exemplary!)

Cons: Huge hotel footprint -- We arrived late at night, and couldn't appreciate much of the grounds, but the gardens and pool area looked nice (although at that hour we couldn't see much of anything!)

Pros: 中庭のプールの景色が良かった。 1階にスタバもあり安心した。部屋も綺麗でバスタブも大きめでゆっくり出来た

Good location

Pros: One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

Cons: Late check in and early check out we were very disappointed with the hotel receptionist who would not help us with an early check in. After speaking to a someone else he was so accommodating we were given an excellent room . As an airport hotel you would expect them to be a bit more flexible with guests.
