Travelling with Ease

Pros: Access to airport, nice staff, comfortable beds and very clean. Good security, nice restaurants.

Cons: Found the shower control difficult to use

Great stay. Beautiful rooms. Such a relaxing way to travel.

Pros: First stay at a Fairmont and it was wonderful! So high end. We loved it so much. The tub was something to write home about! The room was so quiet and comfortable. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

Cons: Not much! But would have liked not being influenced into getting lugggage delivered by staff member from our taxi. Would have preferred to keep our luggage with us.

Brief, enjoyable, efficient use of time and processes

Pros: We upgraded to a mini suite, which was very spacious, in terms of both the bedroom, living area and the bathroom. It made checking in for our flight early in the morning a very easy process with the location to the check-in desks. The train was very close by, so we were able to make use of the afternoon to sight see with ease. Checking out was just a matter of posting the keys in a letter box by reception and our invoice/receipt was emailed to us. All very efficient.

Pros: Location as we had an early flight. Had dinner at the lobby lounge. They didn’t have space but staff accommodated us in the fancier section and gave us the simpler menu as we were a large party with children which was appreciated.

Cons: Carpets need a refresh. Wasn’t cheap!
