Great stay at a convenient location!

Pros: Too late to experience breakfast on both days. Luckily, I brought my own coffee and coffee maker. However, the room was quite comfy and the air conditioner worked well.

Cons: Nothing could be better

Good place to stay at good price

Pros: Room was clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was limited but good. Overall nice stay.

Good value for money.

Pros: The receptionist was very friendly, and gave us a discount when we were told that our room was not in service. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Great value for what it’s worth!

Cons: The fridge in the room could have been cleaned (we didn’t need to use it so it was ok!). I wouldn’t rely on the breakfast that is “included”. But again, great value for what’s it’s worth as a stop off location on route to Banff etc.

Pros: Very nice staff, walm welcoming, accommodating requests, clean room, what else could you ask for more?

Pros: Was good location for what we needed and was a good nights sleep, staff were lovely!

Cons: The TV was broken, we weren’t too fussed as it was late so we just slept instead and one of the lampshades was broken, wasn’t a huge problem but this was the most expensive place we booked.

Pros: We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the facility looked clean and pleasant. My only complaint is we arrived at 7 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. We left, went for coffee, came back was given out key. There were no towels, face clothes or hair dryer in room when I pulled the night table drawer out it was dirty inside ( shredded cheese or ??). The bed was very comfortable and bedding sufficient. There wasn’t a remote in room for tv.

Cons: Was charged more then what I had booked room for.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. close to places to eat and visit in the area.

Cons: No for the age of the property it wa in great condition.

Pros: Location was perfect, I enjoyed the fact that there is a pub right behind the hotel that has really good drinks, and superb food. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The shower head needs replacing as it sprays all over the place and the lighting in the bathroom makes it difficult to see properly, as the light is harsh but only focused over the sink area. The doors could use better sound proofing, as the sound of people closing their doors in the hallway is very loud and jarring throughout the night/morning.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff and the room was quiet and in excellent condition

Cons: Super 8 breakfast is partially back to normal. During COVID breakfast was just gluey sticky plastic wrapped stuff. Post COVID it’s much better than that, but not all the way back to pre-COVID, no waffles, only one type of cereal, two types of bread, but no bagels, etc.
