Pros: room was absolutely fine, exactly what was expected and needed

Cons: free breakfast was adequate however all served on disposable plates/ bowls/ cutlery which is very disappointing.

Pros: The young man working in the breakfast area cleaning tables and bringing in more supplies is such a hard worker. It is commendable. The rooms are large and comfortable. The public areas are very pleasant. There is usually a large container of ice water near the breakfast area. There is parking for electric vehicles.

Cons: The bed is a little hard for our comfort. The hotel is right beside the highway so sometimes there is some road noise. Some other guest parked in the EV parking area, but were not even EV cars! That was annoying.

Pros: The friendliness of staff in particular the lady at the desk.

Great Room But Give Breakfast a Miss

Pros: The room was excellent; roomy, clean with a good bathroom. Very accessible location.

Cons: The complimentary breakfast was a disaster. Absolutely nothing for a person with a Gluten and Soya allergy. Fortunately, there were other facilities nearby that could cater for a good breakfast.

Pros: It was a modern hotel with easy parking. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. In room amenities were good with a coffee machine with good quality pods. Breakfast was included and had a reasonable range of items.

Cons: The location, I knew was out of the centre, and was about a pleasant 15 minutes walk. The road noise from route 1 was high. The water pressure on the sink/fawcett, shower and bath was really low but enough to have an acceptable shower. Breakfast is all done using a large amount of disposable items which was surprising though understandable.

Pros: With a convenient location, spotless and bright rooms, and a trustworthy atmosphere, this hotel is our go-to choice every time we travel between Vancouver and Calgary.

Location is superb.

Pros: The location is very good. Its not too close to the busy and hustle of downtown. Complimentary breakfast is okay but needs to level up.

Cons: I only suggest and wish that Housekeeping staff are know how to great and smile to the guest.
