Great staff pleasant stay... Will use again

Pros: Breakfast was great and lots of it...not just a half muffin and coffee but a whole meal whether you wanted meat and eggs or waffles and pancakes or just cereal.

Cons: Like most buildings the noises carry. But it is asking too much for silence. We nicknamed the person above us thumper.

Clean comfortable stay in lovely Salmon Arm

Pros: Very friendly welcome by the lady on reception. Room was large, clean, and very comfortable with good views out over Salmon Arm. Loved exploring the town and the trails down by the lake. Location is easy to reach from the highway

Cons: A minor thing, and it sounds fairly ridiculous, but our room wasn't easy to find! It was behind an unmarked door which opened up into a 'secret' corridor. The actual town is quite a walk downhill from the hotel, (approx 30 minutes). Fine going down but a pretty tough climb coming back up - phew!
