Pros: Weve never been unhappy here, the breakfast today was far below what I am.used to from you, the eggs were inedible, but all else was ok.

Cons: Breakfast on our second day was inedible.

Great place to stay

Pros: After flying in to Vancouver and picking up a rental car it was late when we arrived and so it was great having someone at Reception. They were able to direct us to some food outlets a short walk away, still open around 10.30pm. Big comfortable room, great breakfast included in the price. Easy to get on the road next day heading to the Rockies.

Great weekend getaway spot

Pros: Convenient and friendly staff, felt welcomed right away. Great hot breakfast and leisure pool. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well stocked.

Great Value Stay with Breakfast & Easy Access

Pros: Everything was great and well worth the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast made it even more worthwhile tasty and convenient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the highway. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel to Stay in Surrey

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and always working! Great location. The breakfast that's included had alot of options!

Attentive front desk staff.

Pros: The second room was wonderful. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons: The first room had a drawer that wasn't emptied from a previous guest. The drawer had needles, tubing, rubber gloves, blister packs, of liquid, and more. I contacted the front desk, and we were immediately moved to another room. Mistakes happen, and the staff corrected the issue very promptly.
