Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel

Mostly not bad stay

Pros: Very quiet, rooms relatively comfortable. Shower and bathroom was really nice

Cons: Many charging outlets but almost all did not work. Both nights I woke up to a phone with almost no charge.

Exceptional service, help and the hotel itself. Clean everywhere.

Pros: Overall a stay that has made my wife and I decide to make this hotel the hotel of choose when we visit the mainland. Staff great.

Cons: not a thing

Even tho the hotel was on strike the staff were super friendly and attentive and helpful.

Pros: I am not a morning person, so did not take advantage of the breakfast lol

Pros: It was perfect expect they were struggling with short staff and no room service due to STRIKE. However it did not imapct us.

Pros: During the stay, strikes were in progress, so we didn't have perfect cleanliness, but we liked the kindness of the staff and the comfort of the location bed. We will visit again next time.

Lovely comfortable hotel

Pros: The breakfast was ok, due to a staff strike at the hotel it was very limited on services and breakfast was given to us complimentary due to the industrial action so I can’t complain about that. The rooms were lovely and roomy the view amazing.

Cons: Even though I was aware parking was charged extra I really don’t understand why, they have a dedicated carpark under the hotel and for the cost of the room and then to charge $20 per night on top is a bit rude really. I feel as a guest it should be included.

Holiday trip

Pros: Clean and tidy all carpets fresh Staff in restaurant very friendly and attentive Walking distance to shopping and other dining Lovely pool and fitness centre

A wonderful repeat stay!

Pros: Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were superb. Helpful and knowledgeable. It's a convenient location at the airport with incredible facilities. Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Bed very comfortable

Pros: I liked that the hotel read the request and honored it. Barely anyone gets that right. I liked the private club breakfast attached to my room. I like the size of the room and the view. The shower was decent.

Cons: Paid parking, non-functioning lamps in the rooms, small gym.
