Great value for a comfortable older hotel

Pros: We arrived for a family emergency and needed a quiet room close to the hospital. The staff were always friendly, and accommodated a longer stay without issue. The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a welcome way to relax after long days.

Cons: The maid service was intermittent, but the front desk happily provided coffee refills when asked.

Pros: This hotel is great value as it is comfortable and as everything you need for a couple of night stay and you can't beat the price.

Cons: Each time we've stayed here in the hot tub has not been working other than that all is good to the pool is nice and warm

Pros: Smooth booking, check-in, all amenities in room except: very small lamp on nightstand would help.

Cons: Only one hand towel & no face cloths (not important).

Pros: Great hotel for the money unfortunately the hot tub and pool were both down during our stay so I couldn't ratet it higher there. We were very happy to be able to have our puppers stay with us. we will definitely stay again.

Pros: 4th floor, King Sz Room as well the bed, mattress was great, private balcony, parking, wi-fi

Cons: they charged $50 not sure for what (for deposit?) after days it is still on my Credit Card

Pros: It's comfortable and with everything a family needs close by. Vernon it self doesn't have much but the Divya sutra has enough to make a great weekend stay. I stay there to visit my son I've stayed about 15 times and the staff is excellent each and every time. Thank you for making my stay feel welcomed.

Cons: That the restaurant is not open, that's the only thing I don't like but it's not upsetting at all because there's lots within short walking distance.

Good value in Vernon

Pros: Location was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean. A/C was great. Keurig coffee in room. Fridge and microwave. Hotel is in the process of new ownership, refresh in progress. Pool and hot tub were open. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating

Cons: Lots of noise from 27 St, request a room at back of hotel if you are a light sleeper. Hotel is dated but being updated. Corridor is a bit too dark. Didn't use the pool, chlorine was too strong.

Pros: Loved the Indoor heated pool. Very comfy beds. Would of liked a kettle to make tea. But all hotels in Canada only cater for coffee drinkers with coffee machines. Good value for money.

Cons: Didn't have any plates or cups or cutlery.
