Pros: The hotel was fantastic and fully met my request for nearby, ground-floor rooms for my elderly parents. Our room had two queen beds, exactly as requested. The hotel restaurant offers a very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at fair prices. We also appreciated the convenience of the bar attached to the hotel, where we could order food to take to our room outside of regular meal hours. The pool and hot tub were at the ideal temperature and very clean.

Cons: I would like to kindly share a couple of suggestions that I believe could further improve the guest experience. First, it would be wonderful to have a simpler breakfast option at a more accessible cost, ideally included in the daily room rate. I believe this would be very well received by many guests and add great value to the stay. Additionally, I noticed that there were dogs inside the pool area and freely walking around the hotel, including large dogs and dogs on leashes near the pool. I truly love pets, however, for hygiene and safety reasons, I believe the pool area should remain pet-free, and dogs in common areas should always be on a leash and limited to appropriate spaces. Pros: We had a great time during our stay. The pool area is lovely with a lot of plants and trees which makes us feel like we were in a jungle lol. The restaurant Cabana Kitchen is amazing with so may good options and delicious and well served meals. Would definitely stay at Prestige again!

Pros: With a 6 old, the swimming pool was our high light and of course having a restaurant close was very convenient.

Pros: The photos do not do this place justice. It feels like an encapsulated tropical resort. I had to replace my phone the day after we left, so no pictures to upload until I can get the photos off my old phone. This place was hosting an event. We took a peak, and just based on the way it looked, I wouldn't recommend against renting it for events. The room we had was really nice.

Cons: The mattress was awful. We could feel every spring.

Pros: Great pool Amazing interior The heated toilet seat was above and beyond.

Unexpected great find in Vernon

Pros: Loved the atrium with pool and jacuzzi. Nice that there are bar and food services right there as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with patio doors that opened to the atrium which made it feel very tropical. Breakfast was delicious and our server was wonderful.

Cons: Better supervision around the pool area. Our breakfast was disrupted by a family who let their 2 children run around shrieking and yelling, jumping in and out of the pool.

An excellent place to stay in Vernon

Pros: We had a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. We couldn’t fault the facilities.

Great local place for a tropical escape!

Pros: Marty was amazing, and set up our room with special treats to help celebrate our big birthday, really appreciated 👍

Cons: Booking.com sent a notification after we checked in, advertising the room at a cheaper price that day.

Perfect stay and will come back again!

Pros: The Room is very clean and comfortable; location is great; and the price is unbeatable!

Cons: The pool is a bit crowded on holiday but it is still good. Too bad the water level of the river is low and I cannot see a running river
