Great hotel and good value for money with friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Location was perfect to access the centre and also Village Shopping Centre. Good sized room and good to have a fridge. Staff were really helpful

Cons: A kettle for tea would have been better than a microwave. The breakfast at Denny's is a little expensive and I would advise people to walk to Starbucks as an alternative

Pros: Front desk guy Josh was fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, professional.

Cons: Bathroom floor wasn't clean when we got there, had paw prints and stains that needed to be wiped with wet towel. Room felt just a little cramped and small for two adults and two doggos.

Pros: The manager was so welcoming. I had a broken foot so he helped us get to our room and provided exceptional care the whole time we were there. He showed real personal interest

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

Pros: Very comfortable beds, wonderful reception desk agent

Cons: There was a group of people sitting in lawn chairs with a little table right at the edge of the parking lot by the entry doors smoking pot. There was also very, very limited parking with small stalls.

Cons: No jug in room and none was bought even after we asked. Very light on in kitchen equipment available

Pros: Stayed at this location last year and we will do it next year. It's quiet, clean, handy for the person we visit, and after driving all day, the pool is welcome. Bed is very comfortable. staff are great!

Pros: Great location. Great having Dennys Restaurant attached and 24hours. Pool was really nice and a great temperature.

Cons: The key card was very frustrating and sometimes took at least 20 swipes to be able to enter.
