Fantastic place in an amazing setting

Pros: The location is excellent and the chalet was much nicer than the pictures show. Beds were super comfy and the free logs for the fire was a really welcoming touch

Cons: Nothing, I loved staying here

Best way to sum up our stay is we will be back soon!!!

Pros: Your location in my humble opinion is EXCELLENT for anyone wanting to do hiking with your cabins as a base. From you location alone there is always the immedicate convenience of Rockbound Lake Trail. Within five minute or maybe 10 minutes drive there are Taylor Lake and Boom Lake trails immediately near by. Keep in mind Vista Lake trail, Stanley Glacier trail plus more trails between your location and Radium Hot Springs and at least 10 trails close to Field BC all very short driving distances.

Cons: Our cabin was in need of a few repairs especially the fit of the outside door with the door frame. Has to be expensive you to heat the great outdoors. Also unfortunately, I think someone in the past had burned a hole in the big chair in the great room easy to repair I think with a good upolstry needle and thread. Also a few cracked tile need to be replaced for which porcelain or natural rock might be a good idea for standing up to the earth moving done that naturally occurs in the mountains all the time.

A fantastic place for a winter break

Pros: The location was excellent for some seclusion but conveniently close to Banff town

Cons: The onsite store did not have any milk when I arrived to check in ( not ideal when travelling with children late at night)
