Super fun, affordable place to stay. Definitely coming back in the Spring/Summer.

Pros: Location is very neat. Out in the woods. Very secluded & quiet. They have made the space fun to explore and the views from the site are unmatched.

Cons: Besides the cabin being freezing upon arrival, we had no complaints. They are very environmentally friendly which I assume is why all the heaters were turned off. Took the room a few hours to warm up, but we also were in town for a ski trip so we expected it to be cold.

A nice, cozy cabin near Golden. The campfire is great. A perfect place to rest overnight for road trippers.

Pros: The hosts still greeted us on New Year’s Eve even though we arrived at 11:40 p.m. The campfire was still on. Andy kept the fire going and even gave us two fireworks after midnight. They were so warm and welcoming.

Cons: A lovely husky jumped into our car and wouldn’t leave, leaving muddy paw prints all over our black cloth seats. I hugged her, and she wouldn’t move, just looking at me desperately. When we reached the cabin, she opened the door herself, went inside, and still wouldn’t leave. She looked at me again, as if pleading.

Amazing stay. We loved it.

Pros: It was quiet, clean and beautiful views from the fire pit

Cons: The only complaint I have is when we arrived the thermostat in our room was set at 8.5. It was winter and so cold in there. It took forever to warm up but once it did it was great.
